Company History

More than twenty years ago, Rob Prinzo started Future State Consulting, Inc., which grew to become a trusted consulting partner to government agencies implementing, upgrading, and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. The firm’s initial focus was solely on consulting, which attracted Anteo Group, an award-winning IT staff augmentation company. In 2005, Anteo Group acquired Future State Consulting and formed Anteo Consulting, LLC., a subsidiary company, to expand their services offerings.

 

From 2005-2010, Anteo Consulting worked with state government agencies on many ERP projects, including needs assessments, upgrades, and add-on module implementations. Anteo Consulting played a significant role in the rapid and award-winning growth of Anteo Group, the parent company, which was recognized by Entrepreneur magazine and PriceWaterhouseCoopers as one of America's 100 Fastest-Growing New Businesses (2004-2006), Inc. magazine’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies (2007-2009), Dun & Bradstreet’s Hot 100, and the Atlanta Business Chronicle “Best Places to Work” list (2005-2010).

 

In 2010, Prinzo chose to focus solely on consulting and returned to individual practice, creating The Prinzo Group.

The Prinzo Group serves the growing need for process improvement and system modernization in state government and is known as the preeminent firm for complex, enterprise-wide projects.
